ACVFD firefighters run back to back working fires 5 hours apart.

The first fire, which happens to be the first fire for the new Quint was assisting Fort Allen VFC with a trailer fire on Arona Rd. near Brady Pl. Quint 10 arrived to a single wide trailer with smoke showing. Command assigned Quint 10 to fire attack. Firefighters operated for just shy of 3 hours before returning to service.
We would like to thank Penn Borough VFD for providing coverage while we operated at this fire.

The second fire was a first due fire on Brush Creek Road, near Tower Lane. Chief 10 arrived to find nothing evident from the front of the building of a 1 1/2 story single family dwelling. Quint 10 arrived and set up on Side A with Engine 13. Engine 3 completed the layout and hydrant assignment. Engine 10 assisted with water supply.
