The Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department and Fort Allen Volunteer Fire Department conducted a Rapid Intervention Training Session on Bucktown Road in Hempfield Township. During this training firefighters reviewed their skills of rescuing a injured firefighter. After the training the residence that was used for training was burned. During the burn ACVFD was assisted by Strawpump VFD, High Park VFD, Fort Allen VFD, Hempfield Township Command Post, Westmoreland City VFD. Also during the day firefighter rehab was supplied by Adamsburg Rescue 14 EMS and Mutual Aid EMS.
