Location: Slickville, Loyalhanna Township
Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department responded to a forest fire in Loyalhanna Township to assist Murrysville Medic One with EMS evacuations, firefighter safety and firefighter rehab. Upon arrival we found a large forest fire with fire units from all around Allegheny and Westmoreland County deployed to fight the fire. The Department of Forestry also had a helicopter water air drop deployed and in use at the scene. (more…)
