The Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department, with a heavy heart, would like to send its condolences to Youngwood VFD. Youngwood lost one of its members in the Line of Duty while operating at a search and rescue operation in Allegheny County. Edwin J. “Lance” Wentzel served the department for 35 years in many capacities. Each and every firefighter is an integral part of a Fire Department, and it is incredibly hard to lose one.
