The Rescue and Quint where invited to the Hempfield Area High School for their Mock Accident. Fort Allen asked us to assist with an extrication demonstration to help students understand the severity of Driving Intoxicated and the consequences that come with it. The Rescue was assigned one vehicle while Fort Allen Rescue 104 took care of the other two vehicles with Engine 23 assisting for the LZ.
Everyone had a great time. I can’t wait to do this again next year. Thanks to our guest speaker for coming to talk to the students. Also thanks to everyone who help put this whole thing together.
