Chief 10 arrived to find 1 vehicle over an embankment into a culvert. <!--more-->After a quick assessment the easiest patient removal would be to lift the vehicle and remove the patient by freeing the door. Crews worked for about 20 mins to remove the patient. Chief 10 released units as they picked up.
