Chief 10 arrived with Engine 15 to find that a hit and run had occurred, not an explosion, and that there was moderate damage to the house. <!--more-->Crews found a small fuel oil leak as the impact left an oil tank moved and lines severed. Units utilized hazmat kits, absorbant pads, and absorbant material to contain and mitigate the spill.
